USES

Empowering Education has the right to monitor user content, and alter, remove, or otherwise edit or ban content posted or shared by any user at any time. EE may investigate, take legal action against and delete any account or user content that violates these terms, or may be deemed to cause harm, be illegal, or otherwise be unsuitable as determined by EE.

Empowering Education does not endorse nor control any third party content or services, and it is your choice to visit any third party sites or use any third party content.

In the event EE is unable to perform its obligations under these terms because of acts of God, strikes, equipment failure, Internet unavailability or poor performance, EE will not be liable to you for any damages resulting from such a failure.
You may not assign any of your rights, privileges, duties, responsibilities, or obligations regarding any of these terms to any third party without prior written approval of EE.
